Eligibility Norms for NCERT Vacancy

Aspirants who are applying against the vacancies of Junior Project Fellow should have posses Master’s Degree in any subject preferably in Education/ Social Science/ Languages/Women’s Studies/ Gender Studies with at least 55% marks or equivalent for general category and 50% marks or equivalent for SC/ST/PH. Along with it, contenders must have experience in report/academic writing, Fluency in English & Hindi and Computer Typing. However, job entrants who are applying against other post must have hold Degree/Diploma from a recognized university or institute and must have experience in production films of TV programmes. Age of candidates applying for Junior Project Fellow post must be below 40 years and individuals who are applying against other vacancy must have 35 years of age. Age reservations will be granted as per norms of National Council of Educational Research and Training.

Selection Criteria & Emoluments for NCERT Notification

Selection of applying job searchers for needed posts will be based on the basis of their performance in written test and interview. So, aspirants are advised to perform well in both rounds, as their performance will be strictly supervised by expert members of National Council of Educational Research and Training. Selected job finders against the posts of Junior Project Fellow will get Rs.16000/- (for NET qualified candidates) and Rs.14000/- (for Non-Net). While, job finders that get selected against the vacancies of Producer Grade-II will get Rs.29, 000/- per month as consolidated salary. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Besides consolidated salary, other allowances are also permissible to shortlisted candidates of NCERT Recruitment as per rules of National Council of Educational Research and Training.
