NTSE Online Application 2017
The full form of NTSE is National Talent Search Examination. The examination is held all over India. The examination will provide the scholarship for all eligible students. Every year the examination will be held, and NCRET will donate scholarships. Reservation is considered in providing NTSE Scholarship Schemes for the students. The students can get scholarship from National Talent Search Examination 2017, from the time of qualifying till the completion of their studies. Nearly 1000 scholarships are granted every year. According to NTSE 2017 Notification, 1250/- p.m. is given as scholarship for class XI and XII. For Undergraduates and Postgraduates 2000/- p.m. is donated as scholarship amount. NTSE Scholarship Schemes
The candidates who are performing better in studies and cannot effort for higher education can apply for these latest NCRET scholarship schemes. To appear for examination, the age of the student should be less than 18yrs as on 1st July 2016. The educational qualification of applicants is studying tenth class from any of the recognised schools. According to NTSE 2017 Notification, the examination will be conducted in two stages. Stage-1 examination is likely to be held in the month of November 2016, and stage-2 is likely to be held in the month of May 2017. Written examination for National Talent Search Examination 2017 stage-1 consists of Mental Ability Test (MAT), Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and Language Test (LT). The question paper consists of 200 questions. Each question carries one mark. The duration of the examination is 180 minutes. Stage-2 examination has the same pattern, but 1/3 rd of the mark is considered as negative marking. The students qualified for both stages are eligible for NTSE Scholarship Schemes. To fill NTSE Online Application 2017, some important points are to be noticed, the parental income of the applicant should be less than 1lakh per year. The student can be domicile of any country. Some important proofs like Caste certificate, Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate, Income Certificate, Ration card and a photograph of the student are necessary to apply for NTSE Scholarship Schemes. The candidate to apply for National Talent Search Examination 2017 should follow these steps. The student should open the official website www.ncret.nic.in. Follow the rules displayed on the screen. Upload all the required certificates and submit NCERT Application form. Now download the completed application form and make it signed by your school principal. Some important points to be noted to apply for NTSE 2017
- The income of the parents should be less than 1lakh per annum
- No application is to be posted to NTSE; the application should be posted to branch office of NTSE in that state.
- The applicants should get minimum qualifying mark as 40% of total marks for general category in each paper and others 35% in each paper for others.
- 15% of students belonging to SC, 7.5 % students belong to ST and 3% students belonging to PH category.
- Marks considered in Language are not added for final merit list.
- Student of any domicile can write this examination.
- The last date for submission is different for each state.
