Eligibility Criteria for CUCET

For UG Programs

Candidates who want to take admission in UG Degree Courses and going to apply for CUCET they should have passed in 12th Standard in concerned stream from well known Board/ School.

For PG Programs

Aspirants, who are going to apply for PG degree courses, candidates must have completed degree of Graduation in concerned stream from reputed University or Institution.

For M.Phil & Ph. D Programs

Applying for PH.D and M.Phil Programs, candidates must have Post Graduation Degree in appropriate field from any recognized University and Institute.

CUCET Application Fee

Unreserved and OBC Category applicants who are applying for CUCET 2017 are required to remit an amount of Rs. 800/- towards application fee. While, Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe /PH category aspirants are required to pay Rs.350/-. Appliers also have to pay Rs. 50/- as Bank Commission. Payment of application fee can be made using online mode via Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/E-Wallet or through Offline Mode by using Challan. Aspirants who belong to PWD category are exempted from application fee. Check Below!!

CUCET Exam Pattern

This Central Universities Common Entrance Test is divided in two that is PART A and PART B. MCQs (multiple choice questions) will be asked in the exam. The question paper will consist of 100 marks.

  • No Of Questions: 25 questions
  • Subjects: English Language, General Awareness, Mathematical Aptitude and Analytical Skills.
  • Medium Of paper: English Language.
  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Negative Marking:  0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • No Of Questions: 75 questions
  • Sections: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology
  • Medium Of paper: English Language.
  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Note: Integrated Courses/B.Voc/MBA/MCA/LLB or other course only one paper will be conducted of 100 marks.

Procedure to Submit CUCET Application Form

Contenders who want to appear in Central Universities Common Entrance Test 2017 they have to fill online application form. For you ease, we are providing some simple steps, Have a look!!

Step 2: Once you reach the homepage, you are required to hit at “Admission Notification” tab.

Step 3: In few seconds of striking, CUCET Notification showing details and guidelines will appear in front of you on your computer screen. Go through it attentively.

Step 4: Now, come back on previous page and hit at “Apply” link which is available at the menu bar.

Step 5: Then, fill CUCET Online Application Form with mandatory information in proper manner without any kind of mistake.

Step 6: Make the payment of application fee.

Step 7: Upload soft copies of documents, certificates, photograph and a recent passport size photographs.

Step 8: Check filled application form once again, correct errors, if find. At last, strike on “Submit” button for final submission of application form. Also, take a hard copy of same for future make of use.
