KMAT Eligibility Criteria

To get admission in Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association, candidates have to satisfy the eligibility norms of the Colleges Association. Before applying for MBA Courses candidates are required to satisfy the norms that is applicant should have Bachelor Degree with at least 50% in total from a recognized University/ Institute. If your last year result is on waiting then also candidates are eligible to apply. Entrance test will be conducted for candidates to get admission. Contestants must have minimum marks in qualifying examination from SSLC onwards is 60%.

Application fee

Interested applicants who are going to apply are required to pay application fee through online mode only via Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card facility of any of the banks. Bank charges if any are not included in the application fee.

  • General Candidates is Rs 1000/- and
  • SC/ST Candidates is Rs 750
Selection Procedure

Candidates who had applied for Entrance Exam must be looking for selection procedure of association. So, selection of applied candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in entrance examination. Marks obtained in written examination will be considered. According to merit list selected candidates will be finally called for counselling for final admission of students.

KMAT Syllabus

Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension: Questions are involved in this section from Grammar, sentence completion, vocabulary, antonyms, synonyms, comprehension of passage etc. Some passage would be given to you and based on your understanding you need to make choices of suitable words, expressions and similar language skills and phrases. There will be some passage based questions as well in the section.

Logical and Abstract Reasoning: This section will include questions based on verbal reasoning, analogy among others. Here your thinking quality and speed upon a particular thing will be checked.

Quantitative Ability: All questions of this section will be matriculation based including arithmetic problems such as percentage, ratio and proportion, time & speed, interest etc. Along with arithmetic problems several questions from Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry and other parts of mathematics are also involved in this section.

General Awareness: This section will contain questions from latest and conventional General knowledge.

Steps To Fill KMAT Application Form

Applicants can apply for Entrance Examination of MBA Course Kerala through online mode only. To submit their application form you have to go through two stages –

Forward Application Fee Online

  • First of all visit at the official website of the KMAT Kerala i.e. www.kmatkerala.in
  • Press “Pay online” tab that is available at the home page.
  • Now, application payment procedure will appear, read the full information and if you are satisfied with their terms and condition then agree it by selecting “Check Box to proceed for payment” option.
  • After this select category “General Applicants” or “SC/ST Applicants”. Now fill the details carefully in correct boxes to complete the online fee payment process.
  • After successfully completing the online Application Fee Payment process, candidates will get a ‘SB Collect Reference Number’ and a receipt of payment of fee. Keep this safe.

Implementation Online Submission

  • After you have done with above steps, candidates can now proceed for online submission of Application form ‘SB Collect Reference Number’ and ‘Password’ column.
  • Candidates have to log in their reference number and password received at the time of payment in the box.
  • At last candidates are advised to take hard copy of filled application form for further references.

Kerala KMAT Admit Card

Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association will soon provide the contenders with the Admit Card. You can get your KMAT Kerala Admit Card from its official website. These are the steps to download KMAT Admit card –

  • First of all visit its official website i.e. www.kmatkerala.in.
  • At the left side of the page candidates has to enter their “SB Collect Reference Number” and “Date of Birth” that they have received at the time of filling application form.
  • Now hit on the link “Download Admit card” and check all the details carefully like your exam centre, exam dates etc.
  • Download it and take a printout of admit card for future reference.
KMAT Result

Applicant can check their KMAT Kerala Result from its official website. Following steps will help you in downloading your KMAT Kerala Result.

  • Candidates must visit the official site that is given above.
  • Now hit on “Get Scorecard” link.
  • After that enter your details like Roll No, Date of Birth etc to see the result.
  • That it now your Score card would be displayed on the screen.
  • Download it and take the print out of it for future use.
