Firstly candidate has to log in to official website of UPSC that is upsconline.nic.in. On reaching home page tap E-Admit Cards for the Recruitment Test link. Now press hit here to download admit card. After that tap continues to download admit card option and then select by your registration ID or by your roll number or by application number option to download admit cards.
By registration ID:
Candidates have to tap to by registration id option and fill the required details and tap submit option.
By application number:
Now candidates have to hit by application number option and fill the required details and then tap submit option.
If candidate want to download admit card by roll number then tap by roll number option and fill the required details and hit submit button.
At last candidate have to download e admit card which is opened on your digital screen and take print out of it for further use.

About Union Public Service Exam:
Various exams such as Civil Services Exam, IFS, NDA, CDS, and SCRA etc are conducted by Union Public Service Commission. Civil Services Examination is conducted to admit candidates in Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS) through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personal Interview. National Defence Academy (NDA) Examination is conducted to recruit candidates in Army, Navy and Air Force. All the candidates whether in army, navy or air force get training together conducted by union public service commission.
Candidates will be selected through written examination followed by Personal Interview. CDS Exam is conducted twice in a year to recruit captivated candidates in Indian Military Academy, officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. A special program conducted by UPSC is Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA). This program is for undergraduates held at Indian Railways Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Jamalpur.

Union public service commission conducts various exams every year. This year also UPSC is going to conducts competitive examination to recruit candidates to fill the vacant post. Candidates who are going to take part in written examination conducted by union public service commission on 16/07/2017 shall download their admit cards and then appear for exam. After getting their result of written examination, candidates who get shortlisted have to appear for personality test/personal interview conducted by recruitment panel of union public service commission. Candidates who get shortlisted through personal interview shall be called for document verification process. Finally candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and personal interview.
